Nominated Representatives. 2.1 Each of the Parties will at all times have a person responsible for the relationship between the two organisations.

Nominated Representatives. Each participating organisation will provide nominated named representatives who will be the operational point of contact for the Contractor on a day to day basis. Contact details of the nominated representatives will be provided to the Contractor prior to Commencement of the Services. CPD will notify the Contractor of any changes to the nominated representatives as and when required.
Nominated Representatives. 7.1 On or prior to the Commencement Date, the Provider and the Council shall each appoint a person to act as its Nominated Representative in connection with this Contract. Each party shall notify the other in writing of the name, address and telephone number of its Nominated Representative within fourteen days of the appointment, unless already named in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1. Any change of the Nominated Representative shall be notified in writing to the other party from time to time as appropriate.
