Nominal Roll. A nominal roll of all employees, including names, addresses and telephone numbers, shall be forwarded by the Board to the Union upon written request, such request shall not be made more than four (4) times per calendar year. Should an employee refuse to provide personal information, the work location of the employee will be used and the Union will be advised.
