Sub-Consultants All sub-consultants shall comply with each and every insurance provision of this Section 3.2.10. Consultant shall therefore not allow any sub-consultant to commence work on any subcontract to perform any part of the Services until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the sub-consultant has secured all insurance required under this Agreement.
Individual Consultants Services for assignments that meet the requirements set forth in the first sentence of paragraph 5.1 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded to individual consultants in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 5.2 through 5.3 of the Consultant Guidelines. Under the circumstances described in paragraph 5.4 of the Consultant Guidelines, such contracts may be awarded to individual consultants on a sole-source basis.

CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL The Consultant shall designate in writing to the Authority one individual, satisfactory to the Authority, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Consultant and who shall be the Authority's normal point of contact with the Consultant on matters relating to such services. Such individual shall be replaced upon the Authority's written request. The designee shall not be replaced by the Consultant without the Authority's prior written consent.
Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Association. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Association on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. Assuring Contractors’ Systems 2.1 The primary purpose of the Contractor Assurance Team is to provide the Authority with an assurance that payments to Contractors are in accordance with the Authority requirements, and that public funds are protected and value for money has been obtained.
