No Work Stoppage. 14. It is mutually agreed and understood that during the period this Agreement is in force and effect the Union will not authorize or engage in any strike, slowdown, or work stoppage. Represented employees are also bound by the above. The City agrees not to conduct a lockout against any of the employees covered by this agreement during the term of this Agreement.
No Work Stoppage. The Employer and the Union agree that disputes which may arise between them shall be settled without strike or lockout. The Employer agrees it will not lock out any or all of its Faculty Members during the term of this Agreement and the Union agrees on behalf of itself and its membership that there shall be no strike or slowdown during the term of this Agreement. This Article shall not be applicable in the event of a dispute between the parties arising during a bona fide reopening of this Agreement.
No Work Stoppage. Contractor shall proceed diligently with performance of this Contract and District shall continue to make payments in accordance with the Contract Documents pending final resolution of a Claim, except as otherwise agreed in writing or provided for in this Contract.

No Work Stoppage. 12.1 The Union shall not directly or indirectly call, sanction, encourage, finance and/or assist in any way, nor shall any service employee instigate or participate directly or indirectly in any strike, slowdown, walkout, work stoppage, or interference of any kind at any operation or operations of the College for the duration of this Agreement. Violations shall be proper cause for discharge or other disciplinary action. The College shall not lock out any service employees for the duration of this Agreement.
No Work Stoppage. It is recognized that the Medical Center is engaged in a public service requiring continuous operation, and it is agreed that such obligation of continuous service is imposed upon both the employee and the Association. Neither the Association nor its represented Registered Nurses, members, agents, representatives, or employees shall incite, encourage, or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown, picketing, or work stoppage of any nature whatsoever, during the term of this Agreement. In the event of such activity, or a threat thereof, the Association and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert such activity.
No Work Stoppage. All differences between the parties shall be settled without stoppage of work or refusal to perform work.
No Work Stoppage. It is the intention of the parties that disputes of any kind be handled through the grievance procedure. Accordingly, the District, the teachers and the Association, its officers, agents and members, agree that for the duration of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, including sympathy strikes, picketing, or any other work stoppages or acts of a similar nature, whether primary or secondary, that would interfere with the operation of the District. Association members will not engage in Association activity during class time, or engage other teachers in Association activity during class time unless prior approval has been obtained from the Administration.
No Work Stoppage. The Union and the Board agree that any difference between the parties on matters relating to the Agreement shall be settled by the means herein provided. The Union in accordance with Connecticut law, will not, during the term of this Agreement, engage in or condone any strike, work stoppage or other concerted refusal to perform any assignment on the part of any employee represented hereunder.
No Work Stoppage. Both parties guarantee that there will be no strike, work stoppages, or lockouts during the life of this Agreement or any period of negotiations thereof.
