No Withdrawal or Dissolution. No Limited Partner shall at any time withdraw from the Partnership except as provided in this Agreement. No Limited Partner shall have the right to have the Partnership dissolved or to have his contribution to the capital of the Partnership returned except as provided in this Agreement.
