Common use of No Waste Clause in Contracts

No Waste. Tenant shall not commit, suffer, nor permit any waste, damage, disfiguration, or injury to the Leased Premises or the Building’s common areas or the fixtures and equipment located in or on the Building, or permit or suffer any overloading of the floors and shall not place any safes, heavy business machinery, or other heavy things in the Premises other than as specifically provided for in the Work Agreement and Plans, without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord and, if required by Landlord, of Landlord’s architect, and shall not use or permit to be used by any part of the Leased Premises for any dangerous, noxious, or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, or action in, at, or on the Leased Premises.

No Waste. Tenant shall not commit, suffer, nor or permit any waste, damage, disfiguration, or injury to the Leased Premises or or, to the Building’s common areas or extent the fixtures and equipment located in or on same is within Tenant's control, to the BuildingBuilding Complex, or permit or suffer any overloading of the floors thereof, and shall not place any safes, heavy business machinery, computers, data processing machines, or other heavy things in the Leased Premises other than as specifically provided for in or, to the Work Agreement and Plansextent the same is within Tenant's control, to the Building Complex without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord and, if required by Landlord, of Landlord’s 's architect, and shall not use or permit to be used by any part of the Leased Premises or, to the extent the same is within Tenant's control, the Building Complex for any dangerous, noxious, or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, or unreasonable noise or action in, at, or on the Leased Premises.
