No Waiver of Sovereign Immunity by County. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement nor any action taken by the County Board pursuant to this Agreement nor any document which arises out of this Agreement shall constitute or be construed as a waiver of either the sovereign immunity or governmental immunity of Arlington County’s elected and appointed officials, officers and employees.
