No Waiver of Rights. No failure or delay on the part of the Trustee or the Trust Administrator, if applicable, in exercising any right or remedy arising under this Guarantee shall operate as a waiver of the Trustee's rights hereunder; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right hereunder preclude any other or further exercise hereunder or the exercise of any other right by or on behalf of the Trustee.
