No Volume Guarantee. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to constitute a guarantee by Plan that Provider will be contacted for services by, or have the opportunity to render Covered Services to, any minimum or maximum number of Members.
No Volume Guarantee. TPMG does not represent, warrant, or covenant any minimum volume of patients or Members to Contractor.
No Volume Guarantee. 6.1 Nothing in the DPS Agreement shall, or shall be deemed to, constitute a minimum purchase volume of Services from the Service Provider and the Council has no obligation to award Call-Off Contracts under the DPS Agreement.

No Volume Guarantee. 6.1 The Council does not commit to or guarantee any volume of work or Services to be provided by the Supplier under the Contract.
No Volume Guarantee. Notwithstanding Section 2.2, Patheon acknowledges that Client is not guaranteeing any volume of Product will be ordered by Client and that the volume of Product ordered will be dictated by market demands.

Other than services specified on an applicable Schedule and/or Proposal it is understood that no promises or representations whatsoever have been made as to the potential amount of business Onsharp can expect at any time during the term of this Agreement. Onsharp represents and warrants that Onsharp is solely responsible for any expenses incurred by it related to this Agreement and agrees that Customer shall not be obligated for any expense incurred by Onsharp in connection with any change in the number of Onsharp’s employees utilized, or expenditures made by Onsharp for additional facilities or equipment unless approved in writing in advance by the Customer.
No Volume Guarantee. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Section 2, Contractor acknowledges that Allergan is not guaranteeing any volume of Product will be ordered by Allergan and the volumes of a specific Product ordered shall be dictated by market demand.
No Volume Guarantee. Cigna-HealthSpring makes no representations or guarantees concerning the number of Members that will be referred to Facility or that will seek services from Facility as a result of this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law and the Member’s Benefit Plan, Cigna-HealthSpring reserves the right to direct Members to selected Participating Providers and/or influence a Member’s choice of Participating Provider.
No Volume Guarantee. Except for Manufacturer’s Firm Commitments (as defined in Section 4.1) and subject to Customer’s compliance with Section 2.1, Manufacturer acknowledges that Customer is not guaranteeing any volume of Product will be ordered by Customer.
