No Verification. We are not responsible for confirming the accuracy of any information you provide in respect of any Financial Instrument. We can provide verification services under a separate agreement.
No Verification. Purchaser acknowledges that Seller has taken no action on Purchaser’s behalf to verify the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the investigations upon which the Property Information or any other information is based and/or any statements or other information set forth therein, of any statements or other information contained in the Property Information or other information, nor any method used to compile the information in the Property Information or other information, nor the qualifications of the person(s) preparing such Property Information or other information.

We may act on and may process Wire Payment Instructions in the form we receive from Agent without the need for us to confirm or verify with you or Agent the completeness or correctness of the Wire Payment Instructions or the authority of any person sending such Wire Payment Instructions to us.
No Verification. Neither the Facility Agent nor the Lender will be obliged to monitor or verify the application of an amount borrowed under this Agreement.
