No Trading Market. Such Investor acknowledges that there is currently no Trading Market for the Securities and Underlying Securities and that none is expected to develop for the Securities and the Underlying Securities unless a Liquidity Event occurs.
No Trading Market. Such Investor acknowledges that there is currently no Trading Market for the Notes and that none is expected to develop.

Such Purchaser understands that there is no public trading market for the Series A Preferred Units and that none is expected to develop (other than as set forth in the Partnership Agreement). Such Purchaser understands that the Series A Preferred Units must be held indefinitely unless and until the Series A Preferred Units are registered under the Securities Act or an exemption from registration is available.
No Trading Market. United understands that there is no public trading market for all or any portion of the Senior Note and that none is expected to develop.
No Trading Market. The Common Stock of Issuer is not available for trading on any Trading Market for more than two (2) Business Days.
No Trading Market. The Optionee acknowledges that no trading market for the Common Stock exists currently or is expected to exist at any time in the foreseeable future and that, as a result, the Optionee may be unable to sell any of the Common Stock acquired hereunder for an indefinite period. Further, the Company has no obligation to the Optionee to register any of the Common Stock, except as expressly provided in the Stockholders Agreement.
No Trading Market. The Warrants issued hereunder are not traded or listed on any exchange including but not limited to the electronic pink sheets and the over the counter bulletin board. There is no secondary market or trading for said Warrants.
