No taxes, fees or charges (other than nominal stamp duty) are payable (either by direct assessment or withholding) to the government or other taxing authority in such jurisdiction under the laws of such jurisdiction in respect of: (i) the execution or delivery of this Agreement, the Custody Agreement or the Power-of-Attorney; (ii) the enforcement of this Agreement, the Custody Agreement or the Power-of-Attorney; (iii) the performance of this Agreement, the Custody Agreement or the Power-of-Attorney; and (iv) payments made under, or pursuant to, the this Agreement, the Custody Agreement or the Power-of-Attorney. Such jurisdiction currently has no form of income, corporate or capital gains tax and no estate duty, inheritance tax or gift tax.
