Common use of No Substitution Clause in Contracts

No Substitution. This Agreement may but need not be supplemented by separate assignments and pledges and, if such assignments and pledges are given, the rights and security interests given thereby shall be in addition to and not in limitation of the rights and security interests given by this Agreement. This Agreement shall not act to terminate, cancel, revoke, nor otherwise cause a novation, estoppel, or waiver of any or all prior security interests granted by Borrower to Lender in and to any collateral contemplated by these presents, or other, wholly or in part, and without exception; and any and all such security interests shall continue to remain properly perfected by Borrower to Lender in their terms and without interruption.
