No Sub-processing. The Parties agree that ancillary service providers of MONDA are no sub-processors within the meaning of Data Protection Laws; this includes in particular transport services of postal or courier companies, cash transport services, telecommunication services, security services and cleaning services. However, MONDA shall enter into customary confidentiality agreements with such service providers.
