NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 4.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settlement of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of or interference with work, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout of employees.
