Common use of No Strike Clause in Contracts

No Strike. The Union, its members and representatives, agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe and sound) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the County, nor to effect a change of personnel of operations of management or of employees not covered by this MOU.

No Strike. The UnionAssociation, its members officers, agents and representativesthe employees shall not engage in a strike, agree that work stoppage, slow-down, picketing, or other concerted action or refuse or fail to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities or otherwise interfere with the operations of the District during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity. The employer agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage in a lockout of work, curtailment the employees of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (this unit provided such equipment is safe and sound) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall they do not engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management any of the County, nor to effect a change of personnel of operations of management or of employees not covered by this MOUabove activities.

No Strike.
