Common use of NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. The Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement there shall be no lockouts.

NO STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 7.01 The Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement it will not cause or direct any lock-outs of its employees, and the Union agrees that during the life of the Agreement there shall will be no lockoutsstrikes or other collective action of employees covered by this Agreement, which will stop or interfere with production or services.

The 6.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settlement of disputes and the handling of grievance, the Union agrees that that, during the life lifetime of the this Agreement, there will be no strike, slow down, down or stoppage of work or any withdrawal of normally provided servicesinterference with work, either complete or partial and the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement there shall will be no lockoutslock-out of employees.

The Union 7.01 In view of the orderly procedure herein set out for settling grievances, the Employer agrees that during the life of the Agreement, there will be no strikelockout of employees for the duration of this Agreement and the Union agrees that there will be no strikes, slow down, stoppage of work slowdowns or any withdrawal collective action by the Union which would interfere with the business of normally provided services, and the Employer agrees that during on the life part of the Agreement there shall be no lockoutsemployees for the duration of this Agreement.
