It is agreed that during the term of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout on the part of the Board, nor any strike, stoppage, slowdown or other interruption of work for any cause whatsoever by the employees or the Association. B. The Association agrees that it will not encourage, sanction or approve any strike, stoppage, slowdown, or other interruption of work during the term of this Agreement and the Association will actively discourage and publicly denounce any strike, stoppage, slowdown, or other interruption of work in violation of this Article.
