Common use of No Strike Agreement Clause in Contracts

No Strike Agreement. The Association agrees for itself and its members that there shall be no picketing, strikes, sympathetic strikes, or sit-downs for any reason whatsoever, and the City agrees that there shall be no lockout during the life of this Agreement, it being the mutual desire of both parties hereto to provide for uninterrupted and continuous service. Employees violating this section of this Article shall be subject to immediate discharge.
