No Settlement Without Consent. Neither Party shall settle or otherwise compromise any Third Party Action by admitting infringement or liability or in a in a way that otherwise adversely affects or would be reasonably expected to adversely affect the other Party’s rights or interests without the prior written consent of the other Party.
