Common use of No Service Charge Clause in Contracts

No Service Charge. Unless otherwise provided in the Note to be transferred or exchanged, no service charge will be assessed against any Noteholder for any transfer or exchange of Notes, but the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, and the Note Registrar may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of Notes before the transfer or exchange will be complete, other than exchanges pursuant to Section 5.4 not involving any transfer.
