No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Assets that is pending or, which to the knowledge of the Vendor or Xxxxx has been threatened against the Vendor; and
No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of the Royalty that is pending or, to the knowledge of the Vendor, that has been threatened.
No Seizure. Except in respect of the litigation described in Schedule "I" hereto, there is no eminent domain, appropriation, expropriation or seizure proceeding in respect of the Assets, the Business or the Purchased Shares that is pending or that has been threatened.
No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Assets that is pending or, which to the knowledge of Xxxxxxxx and/or Bethel has been threatened against CSI; and
No Seizure. There is no eminent domain, appropriation, expropriation or seizure proceeding in respect of any of the Purchased Assets that is pending or has been - 41 - 42 threatened against any of the Vendors or Subsidiaries, the Purchased Assets or the Business.
No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Assets that is pending, and the Vendor or the Subsidiary has received no written notification in this respect within the last 12 months.
No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Assets that is pending or, which to the knowledge of Heritage or the Key Executives has been threatened against Heritage; and
No Seizure. To the best of the Vendor’s knowledge, there is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Vendor’s Royalties, Properties or Permits pending or threatened.
No Seizure. There is no appropriation, expropriation or seizure of any of the Assets that is pending or which has been threatened against MOB; and
No Seizure. Section 8.01 The Retiring Allowance payable hereunder by the Company is granted by way of alimentary allowance and shall not be subject to seizure.
