Common use of No Security Interest Created Clause in Contracts

No Security Interest Created. Nothing in this Indenture or in the Notes, expressed or implied (other than the lien granted to the Trustee pursuant to Section 7.7), shall be construed to constitute a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code or similar legislation, as now or hereafter enacted and in effect, in any jurisdiction where property of the Company or its subsidiaries is located.
