Common use of No Rights Clause in Contracts

No Rights. Except as expressly set forth in this Contract, nothing in this Contract shall be construed as granting to or conferring upon Contractor any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property that is now owned or subsequently owned by OSU. Except as expressly set forth in this Contract, nothing in this Contract shall be construed as granting to or conferring upon OSU any right, title, or interest in any Contractor Intellectual Property that is now owned or subsequently owned by Contractor.
