No Retaliation. To the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with operational needs and a thorough review, inquiries will be conducted with due regard for confidentiality. Under no circumstances may anyone retaliate against, interfere with, or discourage anyone from participating in good faith in an inquiry conducted under this Section 4. Anyone who believes that he/she may have been retaliated against in violation of this policy should immediately report it to their Residency Program Director and/or the Office of Graduate Medical Education.
