Trading Party (a) User has no liability to Service Provider for any acts or omissions of the acquiring Valid Trading Party during the period of a Bilateral Trade in respect of the Traded Firm MDQ to which that Bilateral Trade relates. (b) Clause 6.7(a) does not apply to liability of User which arises independently of the Bilateral Trade or this Agreement.
