Common use of No Repurchase Clause in Contracts

No Repurchase. Except to the extent expressly set forth herein, SunGard Financing shall not have any right or obligation under this Agreement, by implication or otherwise, to repurchase from SunGard Funding any Receivables or to rescind or otherwise retroactively affect any Purchase of any Receivable after it is sold to SunGard Funding hereunder.
