Common use of No Renewal Clause in Contracts

No Renewal. If a Quote or Certificate does not provide for automatic renewals, then Customer’s subscription to the Service will expire at the end of the Subscription Term and all rights, licenses, and authorizations granted to Customer under this Agreement will terminate.
