No Relief from Indemnification Sample Clauses

No Relief from Indemnification. The provision by the IOC of any approval or consent under this Contract shall in no way relieve the City, the NOC and/or the OCOG, as applicable, from third party liability or otherwise derogate from or impair such party’s indemnification obligations set forth in this Section 10. The City, the NOC and the OCOG acknowledge and agree that the IOC may call the City, the NOC and/or the OCOG before any court of law where the IOC is sued, irrespective of the arbitration clause provided for in Section 89 below.‌
