Common use of No rebates etc Clause in Contracts

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Owner, the Seller or a third party in connection with the purchase by the Owner of the Ship other than as disclosed to the Lender in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement (including, without limitation, any information disclosed in the Form F-1 registration statement and prospectus filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a copy of which has been delivered to the Lender).

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the OwnerOwners, the Seller Sellers or a any third party in connection with the purchase by the each Owner of the Ship to be owned by it, other than as disclosed to the Lender Lenders in writing on or prior to the date of this Agreement (including, without limitation, any information disclosed in the Form F-1 registration statement and prospectus filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, a copy of which has been delivered to the LenderLenders).
