No Pyramiding of Overtime. Overtime paid on a daily basis will not be used to calculate weekly overtime.
No Pyramiding of Overtime. It is understood and agreed that there shall be no pyramiding of overtime and premium pay for the same hours of work.
No Pyramiding of Overtime. An employee shall not be entitled to claim an overtime premium more than once with respect to hours worked, and there shall be no pyramiding or duplication of overtime.

No Pyramiding of Overtime. 1. All time worked by unit employees which has already been compensated shall not apply towards time worked for additional overtime compensation. There shall be no duplication or pyramiding in the computation of overtime and wages. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to require the payment of overtime and/or other pay more than once for the same hours worked or compensated. If more than one of the provisions of this agreement is applicable to any time worked by a unit employee or otherwise compensated, the unit employee shall be paid for such time at the highest rate specified in any of such applicable provisions, but the unit employee shall not be entitled to additional pay for the same hours. No unit employee shall be compensated more than once for the same time or work period.
No Pyramiding of Overtime. There shall be no duplication or pyramiding in the computation of overtime wages and nothing in this MOU shall be construed to require the payment of overtime pay more than once for the same hours worked.
No Pyramiding of Overtime. Time and one-half (1 1/2) shall be paid on the weekly or daily basis, whichever is greater, but in no case both. In other words, any hours for which overtime is payable on a daily basis shall be set aside or excluded in determining the amount of overtime on a weekly basis.

It is agreed and understood that in computing the payment of overtime or premium or holiday pay, under no circumstances will pay combination of such computations exceed double time except in computing holiday pay in which event such combinations will not exceed double time and one-half.
