No Property Rights. Your rights under this Agreement are not property rights and therefore. you cannot transfer them to anyone else or encumber them in any way. For example, you may not sell your authorization to market our Products or your right to use our Trademarks.

No Property Rights. This Agreement only permits AMCI to distribute Products as specified in this Agreement, and does not convey expressly, or by implication, estoppel or otherwise, to AMCI any Intellectual Property Rights, ownership, license or other interest of any kind in the Technology or other Intellectual Property owned or held by VDI and/or its licensors including, without limitation, the right to reproduce or modify, or make derivative works of Products and/or Services or any part thereof.
No Property Rights. Occupant acknowledges and agrees that Occupant does not have and will not have or obtain any title to either the Space or the Storage Area nor any property right or legal or equitable interest therein, except its license right as Occupant hereunder and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

No Property Rights. Retailer shall not acquire any property rights with respect to the VOXX Intellectual Property; all such rights and goodwill are and shall remain vested in and inure to the benefit of VOXX.

The Tenant acknowledges that the rights granted under this Schedule confer no property right, leasehold interest, or easement in connection with either the Diesel Equipment or the Licensed Areas. The Tenant's rights under this Schedule are subordinate to the rights of all lenders, mortgagees, secured creditors, and persons claiming by or through them.
