Common use of No Prohibited Persons Clause in Contracts

No Prohibited Persons. (a) Neither Borrower nor any Person Controlling or Controlled by Borrower, nor any Person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Borrower, nor any Person for whom Borrower is acting as agent or nominee in connection with this transaction (“Transaction Persons”) (i) is a Person whose property or interest in property is blocked or subject to blocking pursuant to any Anti-Terrorism Law, (ii) engages in any dealings or transactions prohibited by any applicable anti-terrorism law (“Anti-Terrorism Law”), or is otherwise associated with any such Person in any manner violative of any Anti-Terrorism Law, or (iii) is a Person on the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or is in violation of the limitations or prohibitions under any Anti-Terrorism Law.
