No Professional Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any Schedule hereto, neither SpinCo nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of its or their respective Representatives, shall be obligated to provide, or shall be deemed to be providing, any legal, compliance, or IT consulting services to RemainCo or any of its Affiliates, or any of their respective Representatives, pursuant to this Agreement or any Schedule hereto, whether as part of or in connection with the Services provided hereunder or otherwise, except as set forth on Schedule A.
