No Power to Bind. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Trust Indenture which shall appear to provide otherwise, no Director or Directors shall have the power or authority to bind or obligate any other Director, or any Beneficiary, nor can any Beneficiary bind or obligate the Trust or any individual Director.
No Power to Bind. Kitov has no right to enter into, and covenants and agrees that it shall not enter into or hold itself out as having the authority to enter into, any contracts or commitments in the name of, or on behalf of, Coeptis, or to bind Coeptis in any respect whatsoever. Coeptis has no right to enter into, and covenants and agrees that it shall not enter into or hold itself out as having the authority to enter into, any contracts or commitments in the name of, or on behalf of, Kitov, or to bind Kitov in any respect whatsoever. In marketing and other dealings relating directly or indirectly to the Product, Coeptis will clearly indicate that it is acting as a licensee of, and not as the owner or developer of, the Product.
No Power to Bind. Public Statements ----------------------------------- (a) The Consultant is not authorized by this Agreement to assume or to create any obligation or responsibility, express or implied, on behalf of or in the name of the Company or to bind the Company in any manner or to anything whatsoever.
No Power to Bind. Except as set forth in this Agreement, no Director (including the Chairman) shall have the power to bind the Company.
No Power to Bind. Consolidated and its agents and assigns are not employees of McGeeney nor Availent any purpose whatsoever, but are independent conxxxxxxxx. McGeeney is interested only in the results obtained by Consolidated, xxx Xxxxolidated shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, sole control of the manner and means of performing under this Agreement.
No Power to Bind. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Executive shall not be authorized to bind the Company contractually or otherwise to make commitments on behalf of the Company. Executive shall not represent or hold out to any person or statutory authority that he is possessed of such authority. The scope of Executive’s authority and powers shall comprise solely in making recommendations in respect of matters, which are assigned to him by the Company, to persons designated and employed by the Company in this behalf. It is understood that no such recommendation of Executive shall be binding on the Company, in any manner whatsoever.
No Power to Bind. 19.1.1. The Organisation will not represent itself, and will ensure that its employees, partners and agents do not represent themselves as being able to bind or represent the Funding Bodies.

Xxxxx is interested only in the results obtained by Consolidated, and Consolidated shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement, sole control of the manner and means of performing under this Agreement.
No Power to Bind. Neither Reuadnal nor the Consultant shall have power to bind the Company to any contract or obligation or to transact any business in the Company's name or on behalf of the Company in any manner and the Company shall have no right to compel Reuadnal or the Consultant to undertake any particular tasks in the performance of this Agreement.
