No Payment Adjustments Clause Samples
The "No Payment Adjustments" clause establishes that the agreed-upon payment terms and amounts in a contract are fixed and cannot be altered after the agreement is executed. In practice, this means that neither party can request changes to the payment schedule or amounts due, regardless of changes in circumstances, costs, or performance. This clause provides certainty and predictability for both parties by preventing disputes over payment modifications and ensuring that financial obligations remain stable throughout the contract term.
