No Overnight Storage. Tenant shall not store or permit its employees to store any vehicles overnight in the Garage without the prior written consent of the Garage Operator. Except for emergency repairs, Tenant and its employees shall not perform any work on any vehicles while located in the Garage or on the Property. If it is necessary for Tenant or its employees to leave a vehicle in the Garage overnight, Tenant shall provide Landlord and the Garage Operator with prior notice thereof designating the license plate number and model of such vehicle.
