No Other Uses. All other uses of Study Data are limited solely to those permitted by this Agreement, and neither Party may use Study Data for any other purpose without the consent of the other Party during and after the Term of this Agreement.

All Marks, Names, TSA Buying Power and TSA Content shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor, and neither Licensee nor any other person or entity shall acquire any rights in the Marks, Names, TSA Buying Power or TSA Content except those rights specifically granted to Licensee under this Agreement.
No Other Uses. SutroVax covenants not to use the Extract except for use in conjunction with the exercise, and within the scope, of the license granted in Section 4.1(a). Without limiting the foregoing, SutroVax shall not (a) [***], sell, transfer, lease, exchange or otherwise dispose of or provide Extract to any Third Party, (b) engineer or reverse-engineer any E. coli strain for the purpose of producing extract in connection with cell-free protein synthesis, (c) knowingly use Extract to produce cancer vaccines or any other proteins except for Vaccine Compositions, and (d) use Extract in human subjects, in clinical trials, or for diagnostic purposes involving human subjects. In addition, SutroVax will store and use the Extract and Vaccine Compositions supplied to it hereunder in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation those governing handling and disposal of hazardous materials. In the event of breach of this Section 4.2 by SutroVax, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, notwithstanding Section 8.2, Sutro may immediately terminate this Agreement upon notice to SutroVax.
No Other Uses. Concessionaire shall not use nor permit the Units to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses.
No Other Uses. NPSS may not at any time or for any purpose use any of the spaces or areas at the ILC other than: (i) those that NPSS is permitted pursuant to this Article to use (the “Premises”); and (ii) those that the ILC Coordinating Council authorizes NPSS to use.

No Other Uses. Concessionaire shall not use nor permit the concession premises to be used for any purpose other than as hereinabove set forth except with the prior written consent of City, nor for any use in violation of any applicable present or future law, ordinance, rule or regulation of any Governmental authority, agency, department or officer thereof.

Concessionaire shall not use nor permit any Unit to be used for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses with respect to such Unit except with the prior written consent of Executive Director, nor for any use in violation of any applicable present or future law, ordinance, rule or regulation of any governmental authority, agency, department or officer thereof. In the event that Concessionaire desires to rise a Unit for any purpose other than the Permitted Use for that Unit, Concessionaire may submit a request to Executive Director, and Executive Director may, in Executive Director's sole and absolute discretion, approve, deny or condition its approval of such request in writing (and any such written approval shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney); provided, however, under no circumstances shall any use that is not a retail use be permitted, and no retail use shall be converted to a food and beverage use, nor shall a food and beverage use be converted to a retail use. Any such decision by Executive Director shall be final and binding upon Concessionaire.
