No Other Payments. Except as expressly provided in Sections 2(a), (b) and(c) above, upon Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall have no rights to any payments or benefits in connection with Executive’s employment with the Company or the termination thereof, including without limitation, rights to any salary, bonuses, employee benefits or other compensation which would have accrued or become payable after the termination or expiration of the Employment Period, other than those expressly required under applicable law (e.g., COBRA). In the event of a termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive the payments and benefits described in this Section 2.
