No Other Payments or Benefits. Executive shall not be eligible for, and he will not receive, any payments or benefits from the Company, or under any plan, agreement, or arrangement in which Executive or the Company are a party or participate which are not expressly set forth in Section 5(b) or 5(c) of the Employment Agreement.
