No Other Employment. Except as provided below, for so long as the Executive is employed by the Company, he shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any other person or organization for which he receives compensation without the prior approval of the Board. No such approval will be required if the Executive seeks to perform inconsequential services without direct compensation therefor in connection with the management of personal investments or in connection with the performance of charitable and civic activities, provided that such activities do not contravene the provisions of Section 6 hereof.
