NO ORAL WAIVER OR MODIFICATION. No waiver or modification of any provision of this Agreement or of any breach thereof shall constitute a waiver or modification of any other provision or breach, whether or not similar. Nor shall any actual waiver or modification constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver or modification shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver or modification.
NO ORAL WAIVER OR MODIFICATION. Except as expressly provided by this Agreement, no waiver or modification of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, this Section 7(j)) shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
