Common use of No Omissions Clause in Contracts

No Omissions. Contractor acknowledges that Contractor was given ample opportunity and time and was requested by the City to review thoroughly all documents forming this Agreement before signing this Agreement in order that it might request inclusion in this Agreement of any statement, representation, promise or provision that it desired or on that it wished to place reliance. Contractor did so review those documents, and either every such statement, representation, promise or provision has been included in this Agreement or else, if omitted, Contractor relinquishes the benefit of any such omitted statement, representation, promise or provision and is willing to perform this Agreement in its entirety without claiming reliance on it or making any other claim on account of its omission.
