No Obligation to Use. Nothing contained herein shall obligate Licensee to include all or any portion of the Materials. Any use is in Licensee’s sole discretion.

The initial use, the extent of use, and the continuation of use of the Services by the Client shall at all times be within the sole discretion and control of the Client.
