No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee has accepted the scheme of the Promoter to construct/develop the Said Complex/Whole Project in phases and to construct on other portions of the Larger Property/Proposed Adjoining Land and hence the Allottee has no objection to the continuance of construction in the other portions of the Larger Property/ the Proposed Adjoining Land/the Said Complex, even after the date of possession notice. The Allottee shall not raise any objection to any inconvenience that may be suffered by the Allottee due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.
No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Buyer has accepted the scheme of the Developer to construct/develop the Said Complex in phases and to construct on other portions of the Said Property and hence the Buyer has no objection to the continuance of construction in the other portions of the Said Cluster/the Said Property/the Said Complex, even after the Date Of Possession Notice. The Buyer shall not raise any objection to any inconvenience that may be suffered by the Buyer due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.
No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee/Transferee has accepted the plan of the Transferor and the Developer to construct/develop the Said Complex in phases and to construct on other portions of the Said Property and hence the Allottee/Transferee has no objection to the continuance of construction in the other portions of the Said Property/Said Complex, even after the Date Of Possession Notice. The Allottee/Transferee shall not raise any objection to any inconvenience that may be suffered by the Allottee/Transferee due to and arising out of the said construction/development activity.
No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Buyer has accepted the scheme of the Developer to construct/develop the Said Building in Blocks and to construct on other portions of the Said Property and hence the Buyer has no objection to the continuance of construction in the other portions of the Said Building, even after the Date Of Possession Notice. The Buyer shall not raise any objection arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.
No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee has accepted and is also satisfied with the Sanctioned Plan to construct/develop the Said Complex and to construct/develop on other/added portions of the Said Property and hence the Allottee has no objection to the continuance of construction in the other portions of the Said Property/the Said Complex, even after the Date Of Possession Notice. The Allottee accepts that inconvenience may be suffered by the Allottee due to and arising out of the said construction/development activity. It is clarified that the Other/Added portions shall mean the adjacent premises that may be further added to, integrated and amalgamated with the Said Property in the future, to which the Allottee hereby gives consent.
No Objection to Construction. The Purchaser/s have accepted the Development Plan of the Owner/Promoter/ Seller to construct on other portions of the Said Tower/ the Said Project Sunshine One Land/the Total Project Land /adjacent properties and hence the Purchaser/s have no objection to the continuance of construction in the Said Tower/the Project Sunshine One /the Said Project Sunshine Land/the Total Project Land /adjacent properties, even after the Date Of Possession. The Purchaser/s shall not raise any objection to any inconvenience that may be suffered by the Purchaser/s due to and arising out of the said construction activity.
No Objection to Construction. No Objection to Construction. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Allottee/Transferee has accepted the scheme of the Promoter to construct/develop the Said Project/Whole Project in phases and to construct the Future Development i.e. Future vertical extension of 6 (six) floors on and above the above-mentioned Basement + Ground+ 17 (B+G+17) storied commercial building and hence the Allottee/Transferee has no objection to the continuance of construction of the Said Building, even after the date of possession notice. The Allottee/Transferee shall not raise any objection to any inconvenience that may be suffered by the Allottee/Transferee due to and arising out of the said construction/developmental activity.
