No NTSB Investigations. To Seller’s Knowledge, the Company Group has not received written notice of any pending investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board involving the Company Group that would reasonably be expected to result in a material enforcement action or material operational restriction. Seller makes no representation with respect to routine incident reporting or informal inquiries.
