No Non-Compete. Subject to the last sentence of Section 7.1(a) and to Section 10.1 and Section 10.2, the Parties and their Affiliates shall be free to engage in any business activity whatsoever without the participation of the other, including any activity that may be in direct competition with the MLP Group or LGC, as the case may be.
