The Company hereby acknowledges that it will be difficult and may be impossible for the Executive to find reasonably comparable employment within a reasonable time period following the Termination Date. In addition, the Company acknowledges that its severance pay plans and policies applicable in general to its salaried employees typically do not provide for mitigation, offset or reduction of any severance payments received thereunder.
