Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which is now or may hereafter be erected on lands adjacent to the Building shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Landlord. Noise, dust or vibration or other ordinary incidents to new construction of improvements on lands adjacent to the Building, whether or not by Landlord, shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Landlord; provided however, that if such new construction is performed by Landlord, then Landlord shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises or Tenant's business operations in connection therewith.
