Common use of No Law Clause in Contracts

No Law. During the Interim Period, no Governmental Authority of competent jurisdiction shall have enacted, issued or promulgated any statute, rule, regulation, judgment, decree, injunction or other order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) that prohibits consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to be completed on or before the Closing Time.
